The Villa

Villa Zeewind in Julianadorp aan Zee is a beautiful spacious villa that guarantees a wonderful holiday. Villa Zeewind has recently been completely renovated and is suitable for a maximum of four people (adult only). The interior is homely and attractive and fully equipped. It's a holiday with a feeling of being at home. Enjoy peace and space.

On the ground floor there is a comfortably furnished living room with an adjacent open kitchen, which is fully equipped. This includes kitchen equipment, sufficient crockery and baking supplies. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright conservatory with an extra seating area and a well-stocked bookcase that you can use. One of the (just renovated) bathrooms is located on the ground floor. This bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower and a beautiful sink with LED mirror. Here you will also find the washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet (new) on the ground floor.

On the top floor there are two cozy double bedrooms. These rooms have new, comfortable, high box-spring beds of 180 x 200 cm. The bathroom on this floor has also just been renovated and has a sink, shower and toilet. The sauna is also located on this floor. A nice addition for that wonderful holiday feeling.

Villa Zeewind is detached and has a well-maintained garden all around. The terraces are oriented towards the sun and equipped with garden furniture. A garden table with garden chairs and two sun loungers with thick cushions to enjoy the outdoors. The shed contains BBQ equipment that can of course be used by the holiday hobby chef.

Located on the beautiful Beach resort Ooghduyne

Villa Zeewind is located at the Ooghduyne Golf and Beach Resort. This resort has various facilities that you can use (for a fee). This includes the swimming pool, bowling alley, mini golf, tennis court, bicycle rental, etc. You can make a reservation at the Reception of Golf and Beach Resort Ooghduyne.

You can enjoy the sea, beach and dunes in the vicinity of Villa Zeewind. Walking (beach within walking distance), cycling and especially getting a breath of fresh air with your nose in the wind. Afterwards you can enjoy a cup of coffee or delicious food at the many nice restaurants in the area. Or a day of shopping in Den Helder or Alkmaar? Or by boat to Texel? Plenty of choice, because there is always something to do in the Kop van Noord-Holland!
