Holiday home Villa Schaut in Callantsoog is one of our most complete holiday homes in our range. Everything is there and ready for you. And that is just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful beach and cozy center of Callantsoog. Or how about a walk or bike ride through the nature reserve that is right on your doorstep! In the spring, this versatile environment gets extra color from the surrounding flower bulb fields.
Spatial layout
The villa has a spatial layout (105m²) with an attractive living room with an open kitchen and dining table. The living room in this holiday home has a cozy and comfortable seating area. Through the French doors you enter the spacious terrace with a royal garden surrounding the house.
Bedrooms
On the first floor there is a bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms have new two-person box spring beds. In addition, one bedroom has a fifth sleeping place with an extra single box-spring bed.
Environment
Holiday home Villa Schaut is located in a versatile environment. The beautiful beach and cozy center of Callantsoog are just a 15-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy the sun, sea and beach, but also shop in the nice boutiques or have a bite to eat in one of the cozy restaurants.
In addition, there is a nature reserve in front of the holiday home where you can enjoy walking or cycling. In the spring, this area gets extra color due to the flower bulb fields that adorn the area.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Schaut sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen schönen Garten. Stellplatz reicht für zwei PKW, Fahrräder können untergestellt werden neben der Gartenhütte, die für Urlaubsgäste aber nicht nutzbar ist. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt 1600 m, in die Ortsmitte 1900 m. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur Vrijheid an de kust war sehr angenehm und freundlich, sowohl per Email als persönlich. Klare Empfehlung insgesamt!

Also in Wirklichkeit sieht das Haus noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Da die Bilder wohl etwas älter sind waren wir sehr glücklich gewesen das der Garten rundum so zugewachsen ist das man ungestört draußen sitzen kann. Außerdem sind an den meisten Fenstern Fliegengitter und eine Fliegengittertür zum Garten hin. In der Küche befinden sich eine SMEG Kaffeemaschine, SMEG Wasserkocher sowie ein SMEG Toaster. Außerdem ist ein Sandwichmaker vorhanden. In dem Haus ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail durchdacht und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Villa Schaut.ist sehr zu empfehlen , es ist sehr sauber dort und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Kinder haben zum rumtollen auch Platz

Alles ok. Eine Sache zur Verbesserung: Es moege erlaubt sein, den Schuppen zum Unterstellen von Fahrraedern zu benutzen. Vielen Dank

Geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung, großer gemütlicher Garten, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, sehr ruhige Lage. Entfernung zum Ortszentrum 2 KM. Fahrrad ist daher unbedingt erforderlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus weiter empfehlen. Die Miete liegt allerdings im gehobenen Preissegment.
