From July 2023, this brand new wooden nature house opens its doors for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the best the Dutch coast has to offer.

Location and surroundings

Vacation home Prinsen Land aan Zee is located at the most beautiful and quiet spot of Callantsoog, at the edge of the village and overlooking the fields to the Kooibosch nature reserve. Despite the quiet location, within a 10-minute walk you are on the beautiful beach and in the cozy center of Callantsoog, where you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and stores.

The surroundings of the vacation home offer endless possibilities for nature lovers. Just a 2-minute walk away you will find the beautiful forest, and the nature reserve Het Zwanenwater is just around the corner. Cyclists can enjoy the many beautiful bicycle routes through the dunes and the polder landscape.

The vacation home

The vacation home itself is a picture to see. It is built of wood and has a rustic look that blends perfectly with its natural surroundings. Inside you will find a spacious and bright living room with wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a neat bathroom and two bedrooms (one on the first floor and one cozy attic room).

The house is surrounded by a beautiful, sunny garden with a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view over the fields. Thanks to the fence surrounding the garden, you have all the privacy you could wish for.

Prinsenland aan Zee is a non-smoking propriety. This means that we kindly ask you not to smoke in and around the house.
