Two Identical Holiday Homes

Family house Zee & Zand consists of two separate 4-person houses, vacation home Zee and vacation home Zand, which can also be rented as a whole, making room for up to 8 people. The beauty of this set-up is that both houses are identical in terms of furnishings, atmosphere and quality. So you can be sure that everyone can enjoy the same level of comfort and luxury.

Step inside Holiday home Zand and be surprised by the modern, sleek and attractive interior. The living rooms feature comfortable, large sofas and modern smart TVs with an outstanding sound system. So you can relax and enjoy your favorite movies or series after a day full of activities.

Luxury Kitchens with All Comforts

Adjacent to the living rooms you will find the very luxurious kitchens with dining table. These kitchens are fully equipped, including a spacious oven/microwave combo. Cooking becomes a true experience in these well-equipped rooms, where you can prepare delicious meals for family and friends.

Comfortable Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms

What makes vacation home Zand truly unique are the bedrooms. Each bedroom has comfortable single beds, offering flexibility when you wish to sleep separately. But the real highlight is that each bedroom has its own bathroom! So there are a total of 4 bathrooms (2 per cottage) which are very luxuriously appointed with beautiful marble walls, luxurious vanities and round mirrors with LED lighting and heating.

Bring the sea to your bed

In vacation home Zee, one of the two houses, you will find a bedroom on the second floor with a comfortable bathtub. Thus, you bring the sea almost to the edge of your bed and can relax in a unique way after a day full of impressions.

The feeling of luxury and freedom is not lacking outside either. Both vacation homes have a spacious, sleek terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Here you can enjoy every ray of sunshine during your well-deserved vacation, while enjoying a drink and good company.

Vacation home Zand is located in beautiful Julianadorp aan Zee, on the park De Zandloper. This means that you are steps away from the beach and stores and supermarkets are less than a kilometer away. But there is much more to experience in the area:
