You will want for nothing in Diva in the Dunes. The living room has a cozy sitting area where you can relax after an adventurous day. From the living room you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden, where you can enjoy your meals at the extensive dining table or relax on the sunbeds while listening to the sound of the sea.

The kitchen is stylishly furnished and offers all the conveniences you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether it is a quick lunch or an elaborate dinner, you will find everything you need here.

The bathroom is also completely renovated and features a rainfall shower and double sink. Start your day fresh and energized under the invigorating shower.

With two bedrooms, Diva in the Dunes can accommodate up to four people. The double bedroom offers comfortable sleep, while the twin bedroom is ideal for children or guests.

In the vacation home's spacious garden you will find a trampoline where children can have fun and sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a gazebo where you can store your beach gear or bicycles.

Year-round, this is a pleasant house because of the underfloor heating installed in all rooms, including the bathroom and toilet.

Relaxation in Park Duinland

Park Duinland is a beautiful green park with lots of nature and opportunities for children. It is located by the dunes and the lovely beach of Sint Maartenszee. Here you can enjoy long walks along the beach, cycling through the dunes or just relax in the sun.

The park has a newly renovated tennis court, where you can also play table tennis and badminton. The park has playgrounds for children. From the park you cross the road directly into the dunes and take a nice walk to the beach and sea. You can also cycle to the beach with a nice route through the dunes.

Dogs are allowed on many parts of the beach year-round. At sea there are two beach tents Noord and NewZuid. NewZuid is open year round. In addition, in the seaside resorts Hargen aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog beautiful beach pavilions are open year-round.

  5. Een paar dagen heerlijk vertoefd in dit super fraai en smaakvol verbouwde vakantiehuis. Wat een genot, alles lekker fris, grote raampartijen en een strand in de buurt. Een absolute aanrader!! Patrick.

  6. Super fraai en modern ingericht huisje. Heerlijk licht van binnen door de ruime glas partij. Fantastisch gelegen, vlakbij de duinen en je loopt zo via een fraai wandelpad naar het strand. Mooi aangelegde tuin ook met trampoline en mooi tuinhuis.

  7. Leuk huisje, helemaal nieuw en een mooi interieur. Overal is over nagedacht! Lekker dichtbij het strand en een prachtige, rustige omgeving. Zeker een aanrader en ik kom nog een keertje terug!

  9. Wat een heerlijk plekje, met recht een 'Diva in de Duinen'. Alles is hier af en mooi. Een fijne tijd had ik om in alle rust te schrijven. Het boek is nog lang niet af, dus wie weet tot ziens!

Nog nooit in zo’n sfeervol ingericht vakantiehuis geweest , je voelt je er gelijk thuis. heerlijke matrassen, compleet ingerichte keuken met mooi servies, mooie tuin met veel privacy en voor in de avond lichtjes . Je loopt zo naar de duinen en het strand en Callantsoog is vlakbij. Voor uitgebreider shoppen waren we zo in bergen en Alkmaar. Mijn vriendinnen en ik hadden een topweekend. Aanrader! Tot snel

  14. Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll Renoviert Bad mega schön tolle Fliesen Dusche Top👍🏼😃Sauberes Haus, Küche sehr gut war alles was man so braucht da. Wohnzimmer und Essecke war auch Zufriedenstellend. Besser Liebevoll kann es nicht im Urlaub Eingerichtet sein. Wir haben in den Schlafzimmerbetten sehr gut drin geschlafen. Terrasse, liebevoll angelegt, tolle 2 Relaxsessel Tisch und Stühle auch die Steinbank super. Unser Hund hat immer gerne unterm Tisch auf den kühlen Steinen im Schatten gelegen. Waren auch 2 Liegen da, nur für Neues Knie zu tief, sonst super Es standen sogar 2 Räder wenn man sie gebraucht hätte in dem Schönen Aufgeräumten Pavillon und spiele für die Kinder waren auch da drin. Es wäre schön, wenn man entweder bei der Schlüsselabholung erklärt bekommt wie man die Türen vom Haus aufschließt, denn wir haben bestimmt eine halbe Stunde versucht rein zu kommen, dann kam ein netter Mann er hat uns dann gezeigt durch den Garten, das man die Türklinke beim Aufschließen nach oben drücken ( ups ) muss. Die Toilette war uns ein wenig zu klein aber für die Zwecke alles jut.🤪 Der Park war sehr ruhig 👍🏼👍🏼 Leider gab es keinen Sonnenschirm wo es so heiss wurde konnte man nicht barfuß über den Steinboden laufen, war sehr heiss. Und die SensseoKaffeemaschine hakte, die Kapsel viel immer durch. Das haben wir bei der Abreise Erwähnt, und die Dame wollte dich drum kümmern. 😃 Vielen lieben dank noch mal und wir haben ja den nächsten Urlaub bei ihnen gebucht. Nur wieder in Julianadorp, das der Weg jetzt von dem Ferienhaus bis zum Strand ist für unseren Hund Ole zu weit war ungefähr ne halbe bis 45 Minuten mindestens dann Wasser und wieder zurück, das war für ihn zu viel. Der Sparladen der war mega, die hatten sogar Gerolsteiner Sprudelwasser, Veltins Radler 👍🏼👍🏼😃🥰 Baguette 👍🏼 Und die Verkäuferin mega freundlich Danke dafür Freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr Jörg, Monika mit Hund Ole
